Mike Barrett is a West Yorkshire based Photographer living in Mirfield, specialising in Landscape, Candid and Lifestyle, Portrait, Event, Creative and Artistic Photography. He also tutors on photographic courses and photography workshops at Mode Vital.
Mike Barrett is a multi disciplined photographer who’s great skill is capturing that certain something beyond the obvious. His critical eye has been developed over time not least of which while working in the design industry, drawing a huge amount of knowledge from his years of practice in art, design and illustration, dealing with composition, colour use, balance, perspective etc. Working professionally as a photographer now for over a decade, Mike has a wealth of experience working on many aspects of the photographic process. During this time he has met and worked with many people from all walks of life and of all ages. He is as giddy and excited now about the photographic process as he was when he first picked up a camera.
